Frequently Asked Questions

Although tumblers are heat resistant, a dishwasher's high temperatures and harsh detergents can damage or fade the design.  Tumblers should never be placed in a microwave.  Do not soak but clean with warm soapy water with a non-abrasive brush, sponge, or cloth as needed.  Avoid contact with solvents such as nail polish remover, paint thinner, acetone, etc.  

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 5-7 business days.

Unless otherwise listed in the item description, items listed in the site are 20oz stainless steel tumblers.  We do carry the 12oz sippy cups, as well as other items such as Libby jars and glass mason jars.  We carry all types of sublimated items from tumblers, mugs, coasters, towels, bags, to mouse pads.

Yes, we can do custom as simple as just adding a name, to adding a photo or completely designing a tumbler from scratch.  the sky is the limit and your imagination can run wild.  Reach out regarding custom orders and let us create something awesome for you.  We can add a name to most of our tumbler designs.  Be sure to leave a message in the add note section of your order.
