Terms and Conditions

All items are made with a lot of love and care.  As you know, with handmade items, none of them are perfect, and none of them will be exactly alike which adds its own character.  There will be small differences between all the tumblers, due to us not being machines and our items not being mass-produced.  This is what makes handmade special.  

Return and Refund policy:

• Items can be returned up to 7 days from time of delivery.  Email us with photos and a brief explanation for the return.  We will reach out to you to accept or reject the return.  
• Items being returned must be in original packaging and cannot have been used.
• Reasons for acceptable returns are:  wrong item received or damaged merchandise.  If items are approved for return and fall on no fault of the seller, then the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
• Process for return includes contacting the seller within the 7 day window.
